What is a virtual tour?
A virtual tour is an interactive digital simulation of an existing or proposed space. It enables users to navigate through the environment from multiple angles, offering an immersive experience much like a physical walkthrough. These tours are crafted using sophisticated software that stitches together photographs, 3D models, and panoramic imaging to create a seamless virtual experience.
How can I access virtual tours?
Virtual tours are assets that are organized within a location.
There are three different ways in which virtual tours exist within a location.
SCANIT Order
If you placed a SCANIT order with a virtual tour, the tour will be added to your account as part of the deliverables for the location. There is no needed action on your end. Learn more about SCANIT ordering.
BIMIT Order
If you placed a BIMIT order and provided a virtual tour, the tour will be added to your account as part of the deliverables for the location. There is no needed action on your end. Learn more about BIMIT ordering.
Adding Tours after the order
If you placed an order and did not provide a virtual tour, you can go back into IPX, access the location and add a virtual tour in order to keep your assets centralized.
In order to access the virtual tours:
Open a location from either the Grid view or Table view
Click on the far top right icon next to the bar chart, this will open up the first virtual tour in your account.
How do I add a virtual tour?
If you have multiple virtual tours associated to one location and are looking to centralize them, we've made that very simple.
In order to add virtual tours to a location:
Open a location from either the Grid view or Table view
Click on the far top right icon next to the bar chart, this will open up the first virtual tour in your account.
Click on Add Tours
Select your virtual tour provider
Fill out the fields
Confirm
How do I edit or delete a virtual tour?
There might be instances where you need to edit or delete a virtual tour -- we have you covered.
In order to edit or delete virtual tours within a location:
Open a location from either the Grid view or Table view
Click on the far top right icon next to the bar chart, this will open up the first virtual tour in your account.
Click on the virtual tour's Edit link
Edit the form content or delete
